We’re delighted to showcase another completed project, this time at a property in Padiham, where we’ve transformed an outdated lean-to conservatory into a beautiful, modern extension designed for family life.
The original conservatory had reached the end of its useful life and no longer met the needs of a growing young family. Working closely with the homeowners from the very beginning, we helped design a new extension that would create a practical, comfortable and stylish living space for years to come.
The project began with the demolition of the existing conservatory before new foundations were constructed to provide a solid base for the extension. We then worked alongside the clients through the planning permission process, ensuring the final design complemented both the property and their vision.
To maximise natural light, the extension features Velux roof windows, flooding the new living space with daylight and creating a bright, open atmosphere throughout the day. Combined with the carefully considered layout, the finished extension feels spacious, modern and perfectly connected to the rest of the home.
The result is a stunning extension that seamlessly blends with the existing property, providing the ideal space for family life, entertaining and everyday living.
